Love your liver with my adorable liver organ necklace! I have designed and hand-cut this cleansing organ from recycled sterling silver. It is simple and striking with a brushed finish and burnished edges to bring out the silver shine. It has a tiny heart cutout detail. I can put it on a 16, 18, or 20 inch sterling silver chain (other lengths available by special order). While personally I enjoy wearing this for a night on the town, it also makes a lovely gift for those who have had transplants or abstain from drinking. It is super-unique and really fun.
